Important Update: We Are Becoming Citizens Advice Oxfordshire
We are pleased to inform you that from 1st April 2025, three of our local Citizens Advice offices will merge to become Citizens Advice Oxfordshire. They are:
- Citizens Advice Oxford (City)
- Oxfordshire South & Vale Citizens Advice (including Abingdon, Didcot, Henley & Thame)
- Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire
After careful consideration and approval from our Boards of Trustees, this change is being made to ensure we remain sustainable for future generations, enhance our services, and support even more people in our communities. The merger will allow us to improve operational efficiencies, such as sharing IT resources and support, and invest into frontline services to strengthen the help we provide. You will continue to receive the same high-quality service, and your data will remain secure and confidential. If you would like more information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to Citizens Advice Privacy Policy
The data controller for the new organisation is Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire. In the meantime if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of our team or contact data@citizensadviceoxford.org.uk
We appreciate your trust and support during this transition and look forward to continuing to serve you.
